The Adopt-a-Dorm program was developed under the oversight of the Seaver Parents Program with an eye toward further building community for incoming students, while simultaneously supporting the efforts of Housing and Residence Life and those – the Resident Advisors (RA’s) and Spiritual Life Advisors (SLA’s) – who pour so tirelessly into our students’ lives.

As an “adoptive parent” you have five unique opportunities each month to come alongside in the following ways to support the staff group assigned to your student’s residence hall in creating a warm, welcoming and nurturing “family” dynamic for all residents involved.
